The questions are fixed

Each trade has its own set, written the way customers ask. You cannot change them, and neither can we for one business, so every result is asked the same way.

We count, we do not predict

Every number is a count of answers we actually received today. Answers change from day to day, so this is a snapshot, not a score, and not a promise of anything.

What we send to the assistant

Only the question: a trade and a town. Your name, your business's name and your email never go to it. We look for your business in the answers on our side.

If we could not check

We say so. A check that did not finish is never shown as a zero, because "not checked" and "not named" are very different things.
