The same name, address and phone, everywhere
Wrong numbers and old addresses on directories cost calls and confuse search engines and AI assistants. We fix them at the source, in accounts you keep.

What we do, and what we will not
Listings are a small factor for the map pack and a larger one for AI answers. A wrong phone number is a lost call whatever it does to rankings, so those go first.
We do
- Settle the one true version of your name, address and phone
- Search for old names, old numbers and old addresses across the web
- Fix wrong phone numbers first, the same week we find them
- Merge duplicates and correct old addresses
- Build the core Canadian set: Apple Business, Bing Places, Facebook, YellowPages.ca, Yelp and more
- Add trade and program directories you qualify for, such as HRAI or TECA for HVAC
- Re-check every quarter, and after any change of phone, address or name
We will not
- Use an overlay subscription that can undo the fixes when it ends
- Claim listings in our name. They are claimed with your details, and stay yours
- Sign you up to paid lead plans
- List you in directories you do not qualify for
- Pay for “award” badges or fake mentions
How it goes
-
Week one
Find everything
Every listing we can find for your name, your number and your old details.
-
Weeks two to four
Fix what costs calls
Wrong numbers first, then old addresses and duplicates.
-
Month two onward
Build what is missing
Core directories first, then the trade and program listings you qualify for.
-
Every quarter
Check again
Directories drift. We look again and log what changed.
What you see in your dashboard
Work done lists each listing we checked, fixed or built, with a link to it. Some directories take weeks to approve a change, so those are marked as waiting rather than done.
- Week 2Wrong phone corrected on two directories
- Week 3Apple Business claimed and matched
- Week 3Bing Places matched to the profile
- Week 4Duplicate listing merged

Questions about listings and citations
Why does a directory matter if nobody uses it?
Some are read by people, and a wrong number there is a lost call. Others are read by search engines and AI assistants to confirm you are one real business at one real place. Consistency is the point.
Why not use a listings-sync service?
They are quick, but with some of them the corrections are held in place by the subscription and can drift back when it ends. Fixing at the source is slower and stays done.
How long do corrections take?
Some are instant. Some directories take weeks to review a change, and a few never answer. We mark those as waiting, and chase them.
I work from home. Will my address be published?
No. Where a directory allows it, we list the town and province only, matching a hidden address on your Google profile.
