These terms are written but not live, because an agreement has to name the legal entity you are contracting with and that name is not filled in yet. Nothing is sold on this site until it is.

The free scan
Free, limited per day and per connection, and offered as it is. The positions it reports are what a search provider returned for those coordinates at that moment. Local search results move constantly and differ between people, so a scan is a measurement taken at a point in time, not a permanent fact.
The audit
Paid once. You get the wider scan, the search breakdown, the competitor map, a written plan in an interactive report with a guided tour, normally within 5 business days. If we have not delivered it within 10 business days, ask for a refund and you will get one.
If you subscribe within 90 days, the full audit price comes off your first month. It is credited once, on one subscription.
The monthly plan
The standard rate is shown on the pricing page a month. Founding clients pay less, as shown on the pricing page when they sign up, and whichever rate you start on is held for as long as your plan stays active.
There is no contract and no initial term. It runs month to month from the first day. Email us and it stops at the end of the month you are in. No cancellation fee, no retention call, no form to find.
What we do
The work listed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. If something on that list turns out not to be worth doing for your business, we will tell you and do something more useful instead rather than doing it to tick a box.
What we do not promise, and will not
We do not promise a ranking position, a number of calls, a number of leads or an amount of revenue. Nobody controls Google's results, and anyone who tells you otherwise is either guessing or lying. What we commit to is doing the work and reporting what happened accurately, including when it did not go our way.
What we need from you
Manager access to your Google Business Profile, the intake form, and photos from real jobs. If we cannot get profile access, most of the work cannot start, and we will pause rather than bill you for work we are not able to do.
What stays yours
Your Google Business Profile, which was always yours. The pages we write, which are on your site. Your data, which you can have a copy of. We ask for manager access and never owner, so you can remove us without needing our cooperation.
Payment
Card, through Stripe, on the same day each month. If a payment fails we will email you and try again before anything stops. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Ending it from our side
We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice and a refund of anything paid for time not served. We will also end it, immediately, if we are asked to do something that breaks Google's rules or the law, such as filtering reviews or buying them.
Liability
If we get something badly wrong, what you can recover is limited to what you paid us in the preceding 3 months. That is the normal shape of an agreement like this, and it is stated here rather than buried.
Governing law
British Columbia. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be contracted out of.
