About the audit

Monthly plan

The work, done for you: Google profile, listings, two new pages a month, weekly map and AI tracking, and a dashboard. Month to month.

Everything in the monthly plan

More than one location? The covers up to three. All prices are read live from our checkout. For what other providers publish, see what local SEO costs in Canada.

What the monthly plan does for a dental clinic

Patients search for a dentist by distance first: “dentist near me”, “emergency dentist”, “pediatric dentist” plus the town. Google shows the map pack by where the person is standing, so a clinic can lead the map on its own block and vanish two kilometres away.

So we measure your area on a grid every week and work on the zones where you are missing: your Google profile kept complete and correct, your listings consistent, and two new pages a month on your own website, for the services and neighbourhoods that lose, written within RCDSO rules.

  • Google Business Profile: categories, services, hours, holiday hours and photos from your clinic.
  • Listings: the core directories and the health directories you qualify for, free listings only.
  • Service pages: emergency visits, children's dentistry, implants, whitening and others you offer, named the way your dentists are registered.
  • AI answers: a monthly check of whether ChatGPT names your clinic when a patient asks for a dentist in your town.
  • A dashboard and a short recorded update every month. We report what happened. We don't promise positions.

Written within RCDSO advertising rules

In Ontario, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons sets what a dentist may say in advertising, and websites, Google profiles and search ads all count. The dentist stays responsible for advertising an agency makes for them. These are the rules we write to:

  • No patient testimonials, star ratings or quoted reviews in the clinic's own advertising, which includes its website and the Google profile it controls.
  • No superlatives or comparisons: never “best”, “leading”, “#1” or “state of the art”.
  • No specialist titles unless the dentist is registered in that specialty. A page about implants or orthodontics says whether the dentist is a general dentist or a specialist.
  • No free offers, new-patient discounts, contests or giveaways, and nothing that promises a result or plays on fear.
  • A flat monthly fee for our work, never a fee per new patient. RCDSO does not allow a dentist to pay a third party by the amount of business advertising brings in.

Dental marketing rules in British Columbia

In BC, dentists are regulated by the BC College of Oral Health Professionals, formed in 2022 from the former dental colleges. Since 1 April 2026 its Standards for the Oral Health Team set one broad rule for marketing: it must be accurate and must not mislead the public (Standard 6.2). Its bylaws also reserve “specialist” for certified specialists, and a dental corporation must say in its marketing that services are provided through a health profession corporation.

BC's rules are less detailed than Ontario's, so we write to the stricter line anyway: no “best” or other claims we can't support, no guarantees, specialist titles only where certified, and nothing that suggests a treatment before an assessment. BC towns we have measured: Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Langley.

Comparing us with other agencies

Ask every agency the same questions: is the exact price published, in which currency, do you need a call to get it, what does any guarantee actually cover, do you see a heat map of your whole area or one screenshot, and can you cancel by email. Our checklist for comparing local SEO agencies in Ontario sets them out, and what a ranking guarantee really covers explains why we don't offer one.

Ontario towns we have measured

We pulled patient search demand and the current map pack for four towns in Halton and Peel: Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga and Milton.

Questions dental clinics ask

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Every price on this page is in Canadian dollars, read live from the same source as our checkout, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Do I need a call to get a price?

No. The price is on this page and you can buy online. If you would rather talk, email us and we will set up a call.

Is there a minimum clinic size or revenue?

No. We work with single-chair practices and new associates opening their own clinic, as well as established practices.

Do you promise a ranking or a number of new patients?

No. Nobody controls Google's map, and RCDSO does not allow a clinic to advertise expected results either. We measure your map, do the work and report what happened, every month.

How do you handle RCDSO advertising rules?

Every word we write for a clinic follows them: no testimonials, no superlatives, no specialist titles unless registered, no inducements. Your dentist stays responsible for the advertising, so you approve every page before it goes live.

What if we have more than one location?

Each location has its own Google profile and its own map. Two or more locations sit on the Market Leader plan, which covers up to three areas.
